Amsterdam Data Centre :: Connectivity Issues

We are currently investigating a network connectivity issue in our Amsterdam data centre. Our Operations and Engineering teams are aware of this issue and working diligently to rectify the situation. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

UPDATE 1:35PM EDT :  Our Operations and Engineering teams are working to resolve the connectivity issue for our customers in the Amsterdam Data Center as quickly as possible. While the resolution is being put in place there may be some intermittent connectivity issues for some customers or servers, thank you for your continued patience.

UPDATE 3PM EDT :: Our operations teams have identified the issue and are currently working towards this being resolved fully soon, we will say now, sites and services are fully up and running, you may notice a slight reduction in performance until this is fully resolved.  We will update you as we know more.

UPDATE 4:37PM EDT :: Our Operations team continue to work towards a resolution at this time. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.

nl1-ts4  is currently experiencing a service interruption. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

 

UPDATE 12:00PM EDT:  Our Systems Operations team is still working on the server, while the services are online, they are working to resolve the slowness that some of our customers are still experiencing. We will continue to provide updates until resolved.

 

UPDATE 1:00PM EDT:   Our Systems Operations team has corrected the issue on the server and all services should be back online and all services operational. Currently any connectivity issues had by customers on this server is related to the Amsterdam Data Center difficulties.

UPDATE 1:56 PM EDT: Our System Operations team has resolved this issue and all services are back online at this time.

nlssr3.supercp.com is currently experiencing a MySQL service interruption. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 1:35PM EDT:  Our Systems Operations team report the MySQL service is once more having issues and they are working on addressing the root cause of the issue. We will continue to keep this post updated

 

UPDATE 2:30PM EDT: The MySQL Service is running, our team is continuing to monitor the server closely.

 

UPDATE 3:30PM EDT: The MySQL Service remains stable and our Systems Operations team is satisfied that the issue is resolved.
