We are aware of some of our clients experiencing intermittent service interruption in our Arizona Datacenter. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

[RESOLVED] European Data Center Network Connectivity

Our European data centre's network is currently experiencing intermittent service interruptions. Our Engineers have identified a cause of these issues and are actively working to correct the interruptions. Further updates will be provided as we have more information.

[RESOLVED] - Netherlands DC :: Intermittent Connectivity

A small number of servers in the Netherlands are currently experiencing connectivity issues. Users may experience slowness or intermittent connectivity with their sites, cPanel/Webmail and IMAP/POP3/SMTP connections. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE As of 2PM EST :: Our engineers have now restored most of the connectivity to all but NL1-TS9, customers will have reduced connectivity there, we are working to get this issue resolved.

UPDATE As of 3:15PM EST :: Our engineers are still working on NL1-TS9, customers will have reduced connectivity there, we are working to get this issue resolved, more updates to come soon.

UPDATE 9:00 PM EST: The issue affecting nl1-ts9 should be resolved but our Engineers will be monitoring this overnight as to ensure stability. Please feel free to reach our to our support team should you experience any additional issues.

nl1-ts9 is currently experiencing connectivity issues. Users hosted on this server may experience slowness or intermittent connectivity troubles. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

[RESOLVED] Sectigo SSL Certificates :: Degraded Performance

Sectigo is currently experiencing degraded performance with its issuing platforms. Users will experience delays with free SSL certificates being issued or renewed as a result. You can view Sectigo's status page at https://sectigo.status.io. We will provide further updates as they're made available.

UPDATE 6:50 AM EST: Sectigo is still experiencing a short-term backlog with its certificate issuance. You may experience delayed issuance until all the backlog has been cleared. We will update you accordingly.

UPDATE 08:29 AM EST: Sectigo is still working on this backlog and unfortunately they have not given an ETA for this to be resolved, we'll update you as we know more.

UPDATE 11:19 AM EST: Sectigo is still working on this backlog and unfortunately this means SSL generation will be slower than normal.  If you have any difficulties then please reach out to our team and we'll work with you to resolve this.
