We are aware of multiple reports of issues with MailChannels our outbound Vendor for emails from our shared and reseller platform. Our team has reached out to MailChannels and is looking into it, updates will be posted here as further information becomes available.

[RESOLVED] NL1-TS4 :: MySQL Interruption

NL1-TS4 is currently experiencing a MySQL service interruption. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 3:15PM EDT:: Our system administration teams have this issue resolved for most customers, if you're still having issues please reach out to us in a ticket.  We will update you once this is completely resolved.

[RESOLVED] Amsterdam Datacenter :: Upstream Provider Issue

Our monitoring system alerted us to a service interruption involving Netherlands Datacenter. Our System Engineers have been notified of the interruption and have been working diligently to restore service. Updates will be provided as soon as we have moved forward.

UPDATE As of 10:40 AM :: Our engineers have noted this issue does not lay with A2's network but upstream of our data center, as soon as we know more we'll update you here.

UPDATE As of 11:00 AM :: This issue has now been resolved, please let us know if you're still experiencing issues in a ticket and our team will look into those on a case-by-case basis.
