AZ1-VU3 is currently experiencing a service interruption. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

Michigan DC :: Scheduled Maintenance

Start Date: Wednesday, Jan 13th 2021

End Date: Thursday, Jan 14th 2021

Time: 10:00 PM - 1:00 AM EST

Services Affected: Our System Operations team will be performing routine scheduled maintenance in our Michigan datacenter. Users may experience multiple momentary network interruptions while the routine scheduled maintenance is performed. 

UPDATE 10:00PM EST: Our Engineering team has started the maintenance. We will post updates as more information becomes available.

UPDATE 11:15PM EST: Maintenance has been completed. If you continue to experience any issues with the service, please do not hesitate to contact our live support for assistance.

a2ss11 is currently experiencing a service interruption. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

Client Area :: Service Interruption

The client portal is currently experiencing service interruptions. Users attempting to login will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is currently investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more information becomes available

UPDATE 12:50AM EST: Our System Operations team was able to isolate and correct the issue with the A2 Hosting client portal. Services are available at this time and we will continue to monitor for any issues.

Amsterdam (NL) :: Intermittent Connectivity Issues

We are currently investigating a Network Connectivity issue in our Netherlands Datacenter which affects some servers including nl1-lr5, nl1-ss11 and nlssdman26. Operations and engineering are aware of the issue and working diligently to rectify the situation.  We will keep you updated according in this post. Your patience is appreciated.

 

UPDATE 6:06 PM EST: Our System Operations team has resolved this matter and all services are back online at this time.

a2ss21.a2hosting.com is currently experiencing intermittent service interruptions. Users hosted on the affected servers will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 2:04 PM EST: Our System Operations team has resolved this matter and all services are back online at this time.

[RESOLVED] Network Connectivity Issue

We are currently investigating a Network Connectivity issue in our Datacenter.  Operations and engineering are aware of the issue and working diligently to rectify the situation.  We will keep you updated according in this post.

UPDATE 2:30AM EST: Our Network and System Engineers are currently investigating the ongoing issue with network connections to our Datacenters. Further updates will be provided once they become available. 

UPDATE 3:25AM EST: Our Network and System Engineers are still working to resolve the issues with network connections to our Datacenters. 

RESOLVED:4:13AM EST:  Our Network and System Engineers were able to isolate and correct the connectivity issue. We will be continuing to monitor this issue.

Services Affected: Our System Operations team will be performing routine scheduled maintenance in our Netherlands datacenter. Users may experience multiple momentary network interruptions while the routine scheduled maintenance is performed.

UPDATE 7:03PM EST: The maintenance has now started.

UPDATE 10:30PM EST: The maintenance has extended past its normally scheduled time frame. We will provide additional information as it becomes available. 

UPDATE 11:30PM EST: The maintenance at our Netherlands datacenter has been completed. Please reach out to our support team and let us know if you run into any additional issues.

Some customers using Cloudflare with servers in our Amsterdam facility are currently experiencing intermittent service interruptions. Users hosted on the affected servers will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 10:19 AM EST: Our System Engineers have resolved this issue and connectivity is fully restored. This issue affected a small number of customers utilizing Cloudflare & Railgun in our Amsterdam datacenter.
