We are currently aware of and working on restoring service for the Plesk login functionality on sg1-wss1.a2hosting.com. We will provide additional updates as they become available.

As of 11:14 AM EST Our Enginers and Vendors are looking in to the Plesk Control Panel issues, as soon as we have more updates we will let you know.

Some Servers in our Singapore Data Center are currently experiencing a service interruption. Users hosted on servers will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

Update: 20:30 EDT: Our Engineers are still working on this issue. We will keep you posted in this status thread as more updates become available in this regard.

Update 21:35 EDT: Our team has been in contact with our Data Center partners, and is investigating the service interruption further. More details to follow as they are available.

Update 22:30 EDT: Our team is continuing to work with our Data Center partners to restore services. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding in this regard.

Update 06:36 EDT: All services in Singapore are online at this time. We will continue to monitor the Data Center for any issues, if you see any issues please report them via Ticket, Livechat or Phone.

Scheduled Migration :: mi3-wss1 to mi3-wss12

Date: Saturday, October 27 starting at approximately 10:00 AM EST.

Details of Outage:

Services should remain up with short periods of downtime as database are locked for migration. Users will need to update their DNS records if they are not using our name servers. If users are using our name servers then DNS records will be updated automatically

What's being migrated & upgraded?

The entire server will be migrated from mi3-wss1 to mi3-wss12

The server will be upgraded from 2012 to Server 2016

The server will be upgraded from SQL 14 to SQL 17

As of 10:00 AM EST This is now in progress, we will update you as to the progress as we know more.

Details of Outage: Our System Operations team will be performing scheduled maintenance on nl1-lr1.supercp.com. All services will be offline for approximately 3-4 hours.

Update 00:15 EDT - The maintenance will begin shortly. Services will be offline during the maintenance.

Update 04:45 EDT - The server is experiencing an issue preventing it from being online. Our Engineers are currently working on a resolution. Updates will be provided as they are available.

Update 06:35 EDT - The server is still being investigated by our Engineers. We will provide further updates as soon as they are available.

Update 10:09 EDT - The server is still being investigated by our Engineers. Many apologies this has went over the mantenance window but we must ensure data continuity. We will provide further updates as soon as they are available

Update 11:15 EDT - The server is still being investigated by our Engineers. We will provide further updates as soon as they are available.

Update 13:09 EDT - The server is now up but we are looking at some MySQL table errors and we're still looking in to those on an individual basis.  We will provide more information soon but the vast majority of sites are fully back online as are other services on the server.
