[RESOLVED] Amsterdam Datacenter :: Upstream Provider Issue

Our monitoring system alerted us to a service interruption involving Netherlands Datacenter. Our System Engineers have been notified of the interruption and have been working diligently to restore service. Updates will be provided as soon as we have moved forward.

UPDATE As of 10:40 AM :: Our engineers have noted this issue does not lay with A2's network but upstream of our data center, as soon as we know more we'll update you here.

UPDATE As of 11:00 AM :: This issue has now been resolved, please let us know if you're still experiencing issues in a ticket and our team will look into those on a case-by-case basis.

[RESOLVED] NL Data centre :: Emergency Maintenance

Start Date: Tuesday, July 06, 2021 Eastern Zone (Wednesday July 07, 2021 Amsterdam)

Start Time: 07:00 PM EDT (01:00 AM Amsterdam)

Description: Our Network Engineering team is performing Emergency maintenance in our Amsterdam data center in conjunction with our uplink providers. Users may experience intermittent service interruptions while the maintenance is performed to ensure improved performance and stability of the network. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.

UPDATE :: As of 9am EDT We are now closing this maintenance window and all issues have been resolved.  If you experience any issues please reach out and we'll have our team look at those.

[RESOLVED]src8 :: Service Interruption

src8.supercp.com is currently experiencing a service interruption. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 1:51 PM EDT: Our System Operations team resolved this matter and all services are back online at this time.

[RESOLVED] Netherlands Data Center Connectivity Issues

We are currently investigating a report of connectivity issues in our Netherlands data center. Our Operations and Engineering teams are aware of this issue and working diligently to rectify the situation. We will provide further updates as they're made available.

UPDATE 8:40 AM EDT: Our Network Engineers have confirmed this issue is resolved. All services in our Netherlands data center are operating as expected at this time.

UPDATE 3:12 PM EDT: Our Network Engineering team is currently investigating reports of connectivity issues in our Netherlands data center. We will provide further updates as they're made available.

UPDATE 4:15 PM EDT: Our Network Engineers are still working on this. We will post updates as more information is made available in this regard. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience faced in this regard.
