UPDATE 12:35 AM EDT, August 10th (6:35 AM GMT+2): It has been discovered that we are still having intermittent issues with the MySQL service. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is still working on this issue. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 3:00 AM EDT, August 10th (9:00 AM GMT+2): The sites using MySQL are back up and running at this moment. However, the System Operations team is still working on this issue and MySQL could restart again. We will keep you posted. 

UPDATE 2:35 PM EDT, August 10th (8:35 PM GMT +2): Our System Operations team is still working to resolve all issues on the server. Service degradation may still be experienced during this time. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

UPDATE 5:00 PM EDT, August 11th (9:00PM GMT +2): Issues on nl1-ts104 have been resolved. If you continue to experience any issues with the service, please do not hesitate to contact our live support for assistance. 

We are aware of degraded performance faced by some clients hosted in our Arizona Datacenter. Our Network Engineers are actively investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.
