UPDATE 11:35AM EST (11:35PM SGT): Our Systems operations team will begin the maintenance on sg1-ls5 shortly.

UPDATE 12:25PM EST (12:35AM SGT): The maintenance has been completed and services are available.

We are currently experiencing a service interruption on server az1-tr1. Users hosted on this server may experience service degradation. Our system engineers are actively investigating the root cause of this issue. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. We apologize for the inconveniences. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.

Update as of 02:04PM Eastern Time: Resolved - Our Engineers were able to identify the root cause and the issue is now resolved. We will continue to monitor the server.

Description: Our System Operations team will perform scheduled maintenance on the above servers. Users may experience brief service interruptions during this time. We will update this maintenance in this thread as it becomes available.

UPDATE 8:00 PM ET: Our System Operations team started this maintenance.

UPDATE 8:30 PM ET: The maintenance has been completed.

We are receiving reports from clients mostly in Malaysia, Portugal, India, Germany, and Morocco who are experiencing issues accessing our services. Based on our findings, the problem appears to be related to external ISP's DNS servers.

While we have limited control over external ISPs, we recommend that affected customers switch to public DNS servers like below temporarily to access the services.  

Google DNS: 8.8.8.8

Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1

Additionally, you may also need to clear your DNS cache. Instructions for this can be found in the following article:

UPDATE 10:15AM: This issue appears to be resolved at this time. If you are still experiencing any issues connecting to your servers, please reach out to our Support team.

We are currently experiencing a service interruption on server az1-ts111. Users hosted on this server may experience service degradation. Our system engineers are actively investigating the root cause of this issue. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. 

UPDATE 4:55 PM EDT: We're pleased to inform you that our system engineers have successfully identified the root cause of the service interruption on server az1-ts111 and have implemented the necessary fixes. The server is now back online, and services should be operating normally.

However, we will continue to monitor the server closely to ensure its stability. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
