Update as of 02:04PM Eastern Time: Resolved - Our Engineers were able to identify the root cause and the issue is now resolved. We will continue to monitor the server.

[RESOLVED]Connection issues | NX_DOMAIN errors | Multiple services

We are receiving reports from clients mostly in Malaysia, Portugal, India, Germany, and Morocco who are experiencing issues accessing our services. Based on our findings, the problem appears to be related to external ISP's DNS servers.

While we have limited control over external ISPs, we recommend that affected customers switch to public DNS servers like below temporarily to access the services.  

Google DNS: 8.8.8.8

Cloudflare DNS: 1.1.1.1

Additionally, you may also need to clear your DNS cache. Instructions for this can be found in the following article:

UPDATE 10:15AM: This issue appears to be resolved at this time. If you are still experiencing any issues connecting to your servers, please reach out to our Support team.

We are currently experiencing a service interruption on server az1-ts111. Users hosted on this server may experience service degradation. Our system engineers are actively investigating the root cause of this issue. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available. 

UPDATE 4:55 PM EDT: We're pleased to inform you that our system engineers have successfully identified the root cause of the service interruption on server az1-ts111 and have implemented the necessary fixes. The server is now back online, and services should be operating normally.

However, we will continue to monitor the server closely to ensure its stability. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this time.
