UPDATE: 5:00AM EST: The node has been rebooted and everything is back online.

Network :: Unable to reach from Shaw.ca

Canadian customers using Shaw.ca as their ISP may not be able to reach their services with A2 Hosting. Please contact Shaw.ca for assistance with this issue, as it appears to be unique to their network.

UPDATE 4AM EST: We have not received any more reports about issues with this service and we are closing this alert.

A2S57 :: MySQL

A2S57 is currently experiencing an interruption with the MySQL service.

UPDATE 8:45 PM EST We are glad to report that MySQL is back online.

Node ssdman48 is currently unavailable. Several VPS's located on this node are not responding. Our Operations team is actively investigating and will have services restored shortly.

[12:30] EDT Node has been restarted and all VPS's are now back online. We are continuing to monitor the node and investigate.

a2ss51.a2hosting.com is currently experiencing intermittent connection issues and has been placed behind our DDOS mitigation tool. Some users may have trouble connecting as a result. 

[11:08] EDT traffic to the server has now stabilized and it is no longer behind DDOS mitigation.  

[13:16] EDT The server is experiencing intermittent connection errors again. Our Operations team is investigating.

[14:00] EDT DDOS protection has been placed behind our entire  66.198.240.0/24 IP range. All servers resolving to IP's in this range may experience intermittent network interruptions. 

[15:45] EDT DDOS protection has now been removed. All intermittent routes should be back to normal.

wwwssr8.supercp.com will be rebooted at 2:50 Am EST as we are conducting maintenance on it. Users will experience service degradation as a result.

UPDATE 3:00 Am EST: The server is back online and all services are running

Outbound Email Issues

Our Engineers are investigating reports of intermittent issues with outbound email which is affecting customers on Shared & Reseller Web Hosting services.

Update 17:00 EST 11/27/17: We are glad to report that all mail issues have been resolved. Mail delivery has returned to normal, and is still be watched carefully.

Update 2:45 AA EST 11/28/2017: We have not noticed any additional issues related to the email service and we are now closing this status notice. Please let us know if you run into any more issues with the service.
