Update :: 11:40 EST 12/12/2017: MySQL Restoration nearly complete. We are experiencing issues with PHP and Shared URLs and we are working to resolve these.

Update :: 12:45 EST 12/13/2017: We are aware of the problem with PHP selector and our system engineers are working on this.

Update :: 2:00 EST 12/13/2017: PHP selector and shared URL issues have been fixed. MySQL restore has also finished.  We believe that all issues with the server have been fixed now.

We are scheduling network maintenance for Midnight EST on the evening of 12/9/2017 to 12/10/2017. Our network will be temporarily offline while maintenance is performed, causing sites including A2hosting.com and the my.a2hosting.com to be offline for several minutes.

A2SS44 is still experiencing issues and is currently being restored. Status is being kept up to date on its original status post at https://a2status.com/incident/130 or you can click "Previous Week" below to see the status post.

12:00 EST 12/5/17: The server is back online but has a degraded RAID array. Our Engineers are currently working to resync the data. 

12:50 EST 12/5/17: The RAID array in the server has suffered a complete failure. We are now restoring server data from backups. We have no ETA when this will complete but will provide updates as the operation progresses. 

15:45 EST 12/5/17: Recovery is underway from a backup taken on 12/4/17. We do not have an ETA for completion. We appreciate your patience. 

19:10 EST 12/5/17: Full recovery from backups is still in progress. The full restoration will take approximately 48 hours. We know that downtime is unpleasant. As always, your patience and understanding are appreciated.

23:15 EST 12/5/17: Recovery is still in progress. Our engineering team is working to make the restoration go as quickly as possible. 

2:00 AM EST 12/6/2017: Backup restore is still running.

14:30 EST 12/7/2017 Email and web services are back online. Sites that do not rely on databases will function normally. Our engineers are working to complete the MySQL restoration, and we will continue to update this page until the restoration is complete.

16:00 EST 12/7/2017 MySQL restoration is currently 34% complete.

17:00 EST 12/7/2017 MySQL restoration is currently 83% complete.

18:00 EST 12/7/2017 MySQL restoration is complete. We are glad to report that the server is fully online. If you experience any further issues with a2ss44, please do not hesitate to reach out to us for assistance.

19:00 EST 12/7/2017 We are receiving reports that some sites are not working correctly. Our engineering staff is examining the server.

20:00 EST 12/7/2017 We have confirmed that there are issues with some versions of PHP being unavailable, causing many sites to not load correctly. Engineering is working on resolution to this issue.

21:30 EST 12/7/2017 Our engineering team has resolved the issues with PHP. Sites should now load correctly. If you have any issues, please reach out to us via a support ticket and we'll be glad to help you.

00:00 EST 12/8/2017 We have identified an issue with the PHP selector on the server, causing issues to some sites. Our engineers are working on this and we expect it to be fixed soon.

All the issues on the server have been fixed and everything is back online. If you notice any additional issues with your account, please let us know and our support agents will look into it.

UPDATE 4:00AM EST: The network issue has stopped and everything should be back now. We are still monitoring the situation.

UPDATE 6:30 AM EST: We haven't noticed any new issues with the network and we are closing this notice.

UPDATE 13:00 EST 12/5/2017 We are receiving reports of minor packet loss.
