Our Engineers are investigating reports of intermittent issues with outbound email which is affecting customers on Shared & Reseller Web Hosting services.

Update 17:00 EST 11/27/17: We are glad to report that all mail issues have been resolved. Mail delivery has returned to normal, and is still be watched carefully.

Update 2:45 AA EST 11/28/2017: We have not noticed any additional issues related to the email service and we are now closing this status notice. Please let us know if you run into any more issues with the service.

wwwsr13.supercp.com is currently undergoing urgent maintenance. Users will experience service degradation as a result.

mi3-wss1 is currently experiencing an interruption with users being able to login to Plesk. Users will experience service degradation as a result.

Update 3:14 AM Eastern: Our engineers have found the problem and clients are once again able to login to plesk on this

We are investigating reports of delayed outbound email which is affecting customers on Shared Web Hosting services.

Update November 23rd, 1:35PM Eastern: The issue involving outbound email messages has been resolved. Any messages which were sent are still queued, and queued email is still in the process of being delivered. We anticipate all messages will be delivered in the next few hours.

wwwsr13.supercp.com is currently being rebooted for maintenance. Users will experience service degradation as a result.

4:20 Am EST UPDATE: The maintenance has been finished and the server is back online now

wwwssr8.supercp.com is currently experiencing an interruption with all services. Users will experience service degradation as a result. Our engineers are working on it and it should be back online soon.

UPDATE: 4:00 AM EST: The server is back online

UPDATE: 5:30 AM EST: We are confirming that the server is stable and we do not expect any more issues. We will have to do additional maintenance on the server, but it will be scheduled and announced on time.

UPDATE: 6:00 AM EST: The server is unreachable again and our engineers are working on it.

UPDATE: 7:00 AM EST: The server is back up and running. We are still monitoring it.
