Our Helpdesk email is experiencing a service interruption. Any emails sent to support currently will be delayed. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available. In the meanwhile, please update tickets directly from client area at https://my.a2hosting.com/ or reach out to our live chat and phone support directly.

[RESOLVED]ssdman104 :: Service Interruption

ssdman104.a2hosting.com is currently experiencing a service interruption. VPS hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 1:00 PM EST: Our System Operations team has resolved this issue and all VPS servers hosted on this server are back online.

[RESOLVED] NL DC :: Connectivity Issues

Our System Operations team is currently investigating reports of connectivity issues for some customers in our Netherlands Data Center. Some customers are reporting they are unable to reach the server or websites. We are working with our upstream provider to investigate the cause and get this corrected as soon as possible. We will continue to update this post as we have additional information.

As of 11:10 AM EST:: Our system admin team are still investigating affected customers, please contact us via ticket for us to look into issues on a case by case basis.

As of 12:50 PM EST:: Our system admin team have now seen the issues resolved and we're investigating the causes of this and will update affected customers individually.
