Past Incidents

We are currently experiencing a service interruption on server VPS node  sg1-vz7-vm13. VPSs hosted on this node may experience a service degradation. Our System Operations team is actively investigating the root cause of this issue. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Update: We're pleased to inform you that our system engineers have successfully identified the root cause of the service interruption and have implemented the necessary fixes. The server appears to be stable, and services should be operating normally.

Description: Our System Operations team will be performing scheduled maintenance on our Arizona DataCenter. Users may experience a brief service interruption while routine maintenance is performed. We will post all updates associated with this maintenance in this thread.
