[RESOLVED] Asia/India Connectivity

Many of the ISPs (Internet Service Providers) are having issues or are currently down. This will affect our customers and their traffic coming from Asia/India accordingly.  Since these ISPs are out of our control, we are keeping a close eye on what is being reported by them.

[RESOLVED] sg1-vz7-vm6 :: Service Interruption

sg1-vz7-vm6 is currently experiencing a service interruption. VPS hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

Our Network Engineering team is currently investigating reports of intermittent connectivity & speed issues in our Amsterdam data center. Our Network Engineering team is aware of this issue and working diligently to rectify the situation. We will provide further updates as they're made available.

UPDATE 4:20AM EST: Our Engineering team continue their efforts to resolve the intermittent connectivity and speed issues affecting our Amsterdam data center. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

UPDATE 6:40AM EST: Our Engineers are still working to resolve intermittent connectivity for some users. We will provide additional updates as they are made available.

[RESOLVED]nl1-ss22 :: Intermittent Connectivity Issues

Our System Engineers are investigating reports of intermittent connectivity issues in our Netherlands data center. We will provide further updates as they're made available.

Update 7:45 AM EST: Our System Engineers have identified this issue and it is isolated to the nl1-ss22.a2hosting.com server. Our System Engineers will continue to investigate and work to correct the issue affecting nl1-ss22. 

UPDATE 10:00 AM EST: Our System Engineers have mitigated this issue, we are still seeing some slowness on sites but generally, the services will be up and running.  We are still monitoring the situation.

UPDATE 1:20 PM EST: All services will be up and running, if you're still seeing issues please reach out to our team via ticket or chat.  We are still monitoring for any changes.
