The server sgsrc1.supercp.com is currently experiencing a service interruption. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 11:00 PM EDT We aplogize for the delay between the this and the last update. Engineers are working on restoring service to SGSRC1. Mail and Web are online, but PHP is currently experiencing issues.
UPDATE 11:40 PM EDT Engineers have identified the root cause of the problem and are working to resolve the issue.
UPDATE Aug 7th 1:15 AM EDT: The issue has been fixed and all services are back online.
