Description: We are experiencing outgoing mail issues that will result in a bounce back error message when sending email from a Shared or Reseller plan. We are working on the issue and we will post all updates associated in this thread.
Update 6:25 PM EDT: The outgoing mail issues were sorted around 5:26PM EDT, however the issue resulted in some clients mail being suspended, and we have unsuspended the affected accounts. Please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team if you are still encountering issues.
