Some servers in our fleet are currently facing a cPanel issue. Users hosted on this server will experience issues logging into cPanel via client area as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

::RESOLVED:: A2 Hosting Phone System

Our engineers are currently investigating an issue with our PBX (Phone) system which is preventing customers calling in from connecting to one of our agents. Our engineers have corrected the issue and the pbx system is working as expected.

[RESOLVED] MI3-LS1 :: Service Interruption

mi3-ls1.a2hosting.com is currently experiencing a service interruption. Sites hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 10:55 AM EST: Our System Operations team has resolved this issue with customers on Dedicated IP addresses, all sites are back to full operation.  This only affected accounts with dedicated IP Addresses.
