UPDATE 1:45AM EDT: The maintenance has been completed. The server is once again online and no further interruptions are planned at this time.

We are currently investigating a network connectivity issue in our Amsterdam data center. Our Operations and Engineering teams are aware of this issue and working diligently to rectify the situation. Further updates will be provided as they become available.

UPDATE 3:35pm EDT ::  Our Operations and Engineering teams have identified and resolved the issue that was causing intermittent connectivity issues for some of our customers.

az1-ls18.a2hosting.com is currently experiencing a service interruption. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

Our Operations team addressed the issue and restarted the server. All sites should be loading as expected once more.

Our System Operations team is currently aware of reports of intermittent website & email connectivity issues affecting a subset of customers in our Michigan data center. We are working on this and will provide updates as more details are made available. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

UPDATE 9:50 AM EDT ::  We are still receiving some reports of slowness or intermittent connectivity troubles in the data center. They are continuing to work toward a resolution.

UPDATE 1:30 PM EDT ::  Our Engineers have resolved the issue that was causing intermittent connectivity issues for some of our customers.  If you are still experiencing connectivity issues or timeouts please reach out to our support team to address.

Our customer portal, my.a2hosting.com is currently experiencing a service interruption. Users attempting to access https://my.a2hosting.com will experience an error as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 11:05 AM EDT: Our System Operations team identified and resolved the issue. Our customer portal, my.a2hosting.com is accessible again at this time.
