Update 12:55AM EDT: Our Engineer team has implemented several solutions to resolve the performance issues on our Windows hosting servers. We understand there are some intermittent issues still occurring, and our Engineers and Operations teams are still actively working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible. Additional updates will be provided as soon as they are available.

Network Interruption

We have identified a network interruption that effects some of our servers. Our System Operations Team are working to fix this currently. We will post updates as more information becomes available.

[RESOLVED] SGSS4 :: MySQL Interruption

SGSS4 is down for MySQL maintenance. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team will be resolving this in a short space of time. We will provide updates as soon as this is completed.

mi3-ls12 :: Remote MySQL Interruption

MI3-LS12 :: has currently Remote MySQL disabled, this doesn't affect local MySQL connections. Users hosted on this server will not see any affect to their sites unless they connect from an external MySQL server not hosted by us. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

UPDATE 8:00PM EDT: Incoming remote MySQL connections on the server remain blocked due to the influx of high number of requests. Our System Operations team is monitoring the situation to ensure stability. We will post updates as more information becomes available. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.

UPDATE 19 Oct 2019 9:45AM EDT: Incoming remote MySQL connections to the server are once again enabled. We'll continue to monitor the service for any issues.

[RESOLVED] A2SS18 :: MySQL Maintenance

A2SS18 is slow for MySQL operation but remains up while we work on that. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team will be resolving this in a short space of time. We will provide updates as soon as this is completed.

UPDATE As of 12:15PM EDT we are still working in this server and we will update you further, some MySQL functions are disabled during this process, specifically assigning user permissions. We will update you as we know more.

UPDATE 2:08 PM EDT: Our System Operations team has resolved this matter and all services are back online as normal.
