We will be performing scheduled maintenance on services connected to my.a2hosting.com. This will affect anyone trying to access my.a2hosting.com, placing a new order, accessing the ticketing system or access to live chat.  

Update - 15 April 2018 12:45AM - Maintenance has been completed and all services are available once again.

mi3-wts4.a2hosting.com is currently experiencing a service interruption. Users hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

Update 11:50PM Eastern:: The issue has been resolved and continued monitoring have shown no further issues.

Managed VPS Node ssdman24 is currently experiencing a service interruption. VPS machines hosted on this server will experience service degradation as a result. Our System Operations team is investigating the root cause of this interruption. We will provide updates as more details are made available.

Update - 12:15PM EST :: Our Engineers have restored service and all VPS machines hosted on this server are up and running.

UPDATE: 6:45 AM Eastern - The server had to be rebooted and we're running FSCK on it now

UPDATE: 7:25 AM Eastern - Unfortunately, the server is still not available. Our system engineers are working on it

UPDATE: 8:23AM Eastern - The server is now back up and operational again.

Update 7:04PM Eastern: Some functionality has been restored but service degradation is still expected for some users. We continue to work on the issue and will continue to post updates as they occur.
